PersonalBanker Overview

Southeastern Credit Union’s PersonalBanker is a comprehensive banking service available to members and prospective members by calling (800) 228-9839 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Additionally, members can use links available on the Southeastern website to access this flexible banking service “securely” online. Members can call in at their convenience, or connect online, with a Southeastern Credit Union representative who has the knowledge and experience to help them with just about everything someone could do in a branch. This differs from a typical Call Center experience with limited service availability — just about every aspect of banking and lending can be conducted over the phone or online through documents signed electronically. If the member prefers to sign papers in person, that can be arranged during regular banking hours.

What Kind of Banking Can I Do?

If you can think of it, we can get it done. All services can be rendered 100% over the phone or online, to include secure electronic document signatures when necessary. Members speak or chat with a real person who has the ability to help them through virtually any banking situation — from helping with account login issues to walking them through the complex application process for a Home Equity Loan. Members can be helped in making a remote deposit for the first time, as well as understanding the basics of connecting to their Checking Account online or getting a replacement Debit Card.
