Mobile Banking from Southeastern

 

Let’s face it – we’re always on the go. Finding time to call the Credit Union or stop by one of our branches can be tough. So why not take us with you? Southeastern Credit Union Mobile provides you a secure connection to your Southeastern account anytime and anywhere. This mobile banking product helps you stay in control of your finances with the convenience of your mobile device. And with lots of options – our mobile banking app, mobile browser banking, text banking and alert banking – managing your finances has never been so easy!

Getting started is simple. The short video above will guide you through the process. Make sure to be logged into your existing online banking account from your desktop computer (NOT your mobile device) before beginning.

With the Southeastern Credit Union Mobile app, you can:

  • Check account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Transfer funds
  • Pay bills
  • Pay individuals using Popmoney
  • PLUS, use the app to locate Southeastern ATM and branch locations. You can even get driving directions!

By using Southeastern Credit Union’s Mobile Browser Banking, you’ll be able to:

  • Check account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Transfer funds
  • Pay bills

Alert Banking allows you to receive one-way mobile text alerts such as:

  • Security alerts (e.g. “Online banking password changed”)
  • Balance alerts (e.g. “Available balance is below ___”)
  • Transaction alerts (e.g. “Total deposit posted greater than ___”)
  • Bill Pay alerts (e.g. “Bill Pay request rejected due to insufficient funds.”)

Text Banking gives you real-time access to your accounts when you send a text message from your mobile device to the number 59289 with your account request. For example, you may text BAL to 59289 to receive your current balance.

Text “HELP” for Help. Text “STOP” to cancel the service. Message and data rates may apply.
